Our top three images this December

Congratulations Andreja, your graphic aerial landscape caught our eye and you win a 50 image bundle. Speaking about the image, the Slovenian photographer says: 'This image shows the intensively cultivated hilly landscape of South Moravia, with its eroded undulations, resembles waves, metaphorically echoing the flow of time.'  

Using black & white to great effect, Aggelos' monochrome image of a child reminded us of Emmet Gowin's imagery and other classic photography. Taken in Greece in May, the boy joyfully plays with the vibrant flowers just outside his house. Aggelos wins a 20 image bundle. 

And finally a huge well done to Wayne, for his excellent image of a Barn Owl - you win a 10 image bundle. He says: 'I deliberately positioned myself down low and deep into the long grasses and composed the shot through the out-of-focus grasses to get a nice soft natural backdrop and create atmosphere.'
