2009 Sony World Photography Awards - Student Focus Winner

Neal Kartik is a Delhi based fashion and editorial photographer who recently received the prestigious Sony World Photographer of the Year Award, Cannes. His work has won international awards and has been showcased at various photo galleries.

To anyone who’s seen Neal Kartik’s images, his “eye” has a very theatrical, almost cinematic flair. His work has been extensively showcased at prestigious exhibitions like Palais des Festivals Cannes, France 2009; Ethnography International festival India 2008; Kaleidoscope Photography and F8 India.

In recent times he has worked for BBC World Wide (India). In his journey he has also worked with UNICEF, TV Dutch4 (project-City One Minute).
