Homage to Meringue by Magali Polverino

This is my humble tribute to the meringue – protagonist of the most beautiful pastry creations. Its pearly texture and infinite possibilities make it worthy of an important place in the kitchen and in my heart. This series was taken at my studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in December 2022.
