Tomáš Vocelka started as a photojournalist in 1990. Ten years later, he changed his career and substituted photography with writing. In the next years, he got promoted to a front page editor and later on to the deputy editor in chief in the most influential Czech newspaper. In 2016, at the age of 50, he decided to return to professional photography. He made a successful comeback as an photographer, earned Czech photojounalist awards and he is being recognized through his photo exhibitions.
