"Les Cabanettes is a hotel near Arles, France, that only a few lost tourists seem to know about. Built in 1967, it retains many of its original features, from carpets and furniture to light fittings and an outdoor pool. I came across the building on the internet, before heading to Arles for a workshop in 2019. Something about it proved irresistible to me, so I decided to make it the subject of my studies. Having arrived, I was transported back to the 1960s, and soon became immersed in the story of an old hotel on the outskirts of a road in France."
