"Rwandan Hope" by Michael Wickham
All Rwandans have their own heartbreaking tale. The entire nation still bears the physical and emotional scars and still struggles with the deep fear and trauma from a genocide where 20% of the population were brutally murdered. Despite this, Rwanda is now becoming one of the new shining stars of African progress and a model for others to follow. These are the new generation of Rwandans who are leading the country out of poverty. They are being equipped with the latest techniques and resources not only to become effective leaders and managers but great leaders, leaders with humility, courage, integrity, morality and the ideal that the true purpose of authority is in the service of others.
This project was created in the Tea plantation based community of Kinihira, Northern Rwanda in October 2017.
