Arnaud Adida was born in Paris in May 1968. He started his career in photography as an intern at VSD Magazine in 1987, and quickly moved on to become a photo editor in Los Angeles and then a director in the international department at Orop Presse (French photo agency in Paris). His most important role in the press photography world was from 1996 – 2004, as director of portrait distribution for Corbis Outline in NY and Paris offices. During his time at Corbis, he began his own agency and later a gallery – Acte 2 Agence & Acte 2 Galerie both Paris based of which today he remains the President and Creative Director. In both commercial photography and fine art photography, Arnaud works with renowned photographers such as Mark Seliger, Peter Lindbergh, Rankin and Martin Schoeller, though one of his quests is always to discover and support new and emerging talents such as Cedric Delsaux whose works The Windows of the Things and Here To Stay are travelling today around the world.
