Please note: to be considered for the Japan Professional Award, participants must have Japanese nationality and reside in Japan during the period of the award being open for entries (June 2024 - January 2025).

How to enter
All photographers from Japan entering bodies of work (five to ten images) to any of the ten categories in the Sony World Photography Awards’ Professional competition will be considered for the Japan Professional Award.
Please note: to be considered for the Japan Professional Award, participants must have Japanese nationality and reside in Japan during the period of the award (June 2024- January 2025).
