Welcome to the 18th edition of Entries of the Week. If your image is featured below, you’ve been chosen by our editors as among the best entries to the Open competition of the 2018 Sony World Photography Awards.

At the end of each month, we'll choose a monthly winner to be awarded a blog feature, a 20 Image Bundle (worth £39.95, meaning more entries to the competition) and a copy of the official 2017 Sony World Photography Awards book.
