Monthly Assignments

We at WPO know how much photographers like a challenge, so we have created this group as a place for you to take part in Monthly Assingments. Each month a new Assignment will be posted in the 'Announcements' area of the group. To take part, all you need to do is join the group and add your photo to the group in the 'Images' section.

At the end of each month, we will choose our favourite photo and it will be featured on our News page, on our Facebook page and on Twitter.

Monthly Assignments?

Hi All, how would you feel about starting the monthly assignments back up? Would you find them beneficial or as we have the Facebook Competition now do you think there is no need? Any feedback on this would be welcome!

    Hello,

    I think the monthly assignments should start again, I prefer this restricted community than Facebook (I know that in Facebook you can restrict access as much as you like, but if we were to use it, the wall posts about the assignments would be obscured by the many other Facebook threads people usually receive...).

    Is this group current? If so, I think monthly assignments are a great idea. I am working hard to develop my work as a freelance photographer aiming to make sales and there is nothing like a themed challenge!

    I'm new here and was very interested to join this group. But now I see it's no longer active? That's a pity...
