Memories of Dust: Interview with Alex Bex

British photographer, Zed Nelson recently won the Photographer of the Year in the Sony World Photography Awards 2025 for The Anthropocene Illusion.
The project, 6 years in the making, explores ways in which humans immerse ourselves in increasingly choreographed and simulated environments to mask our destructive impact on the natural world.
He has recently published a book with Guest Editions featuring his winning series.
